Wedding shows are perfect for helping you bring your big day to life, from the moment you say “yes” to the last dance before heading off to your honeymoon suite. Attending a wedding show really opens up a lot of options for your wedding day, giving you many different things to choose from so that you can truly create the experience of a lifetime. Here is a list of top 5 items you should prepare to bring to the show!
Wedding Checklist- Be sure to make a list of the vendors you still need to lock down. This will help you stay focused on what you still need for your big day, so you don't leave bummed that you missed something important.
Planner/Notebook- This will help you keep track of any appointments you make, and it's a great place to jot down any questions to ask at the show, so you don't forget in the moment!
Large Tote Bag- You will receive a lot of information, samples, and gifts when you attend a show. Bringing a tote bag is a great way to keep your hands free when visiting booths. Some shows will give you a free tote when attending, but not all so be sure to bring one!
Personal Information Labels- You’ll be signing up for a lot of things, so you should consider putting together personal info labels with your name, your fiance’s name, email address, and wedding date will help streamline your experience. Plus they're really easy to make and print at home! Trust us, your hand will thank you later!
Swatches- Bring any colors you are considering for your wedding. Lots of vendors will have their own swatches at the show for you to browse at the show, making your decisions a whole lot easier!
